Yes. Course 1 (Digital Foundations) is completely free. No credit card required, no commitment to continue. It's designed to give you a clear understanding of what Knew Project is, how it works, and whether the full program is right for you. Complete it at your own pace, with no strings attached.
Do I need to complete all the courses?
Yes — all 7 courses are required to receive your Certificate of Completion and gain access to the Digital Mall. Each course builds on the previous one, so skipping isn't possible. However, each course is self-paced, so you can work through them on your own schedule.
How long does it take to complete?
It depends on how much time you dedicate. Most students complete the full curriculum in 3–6 months while balancing other responsibilities. The courses are self-paced, so you can move faster or slower depending on your schedule. There's no deadline or expiration on your enrollment.
What does it take to graduate?
To graduate, you need to complete all 7 courses, pass the assessments in each one, and submit your digital portfolio for review. The portfolio review is designed to confirm that you've actually applied what you've learned — not just that you watched the videos. Once reviewed and approved, you receive your Certificate of Completion.
What does the certificate mean?
Your Knew Project Certificate of Completion is your proof that you've completed the curriculum, demonstrated the skills, and been vetted for access to the Digital Mall. It's not just a piece of paper — it's a functional credential that unlocks real business opportunities within the Knew Project ecosystem.
What is the Digital Mall?
The Digital Mall is a private, members-only online marketplace where certified Knew Project graduates can open and operate digital stores. It's not open to the public — only to graduates who have earned their certification. The vetting process ensures every seller is trained, trusted, and held to a high standard.
Do I have to be a graduate to access the mall?
Yes. Access to the Digital Mall is exclusively for graduates. This is non-negotiable. The requirement exists to protect every buyer and seller inside the ecosystem. Buyers can trust that every seller has been trained and certified. Sellers can trust that their marketplace is high-integrity.
How many stores can I open?
As a certified graduate, you can open up to 3 stores inside the Digital Mall. The 3-store limit is a quality standard, not a restriction. It's designed to encourage focused, high-quality businesses rather than scattered, low-effort listings. Each store is independently operated, uniquely branded, and fully owned by you.
Do I truly own my store?
Yes. Your store is yours. Your products, your pricing, your branding, and your customer relationships all belong to you. Knew Project provides the platform and the infrastructure — but the business is entirely yours to operate. We don't take commissions on your sales.
How does the affiliate program work?
When you sponsor someone into Knew Project and they enroll in the paid curriculum, you may be eligible for a referral benefit. This is not the primary income model — your store earnings are. Sponsorship benefits are an incentive to help grow the community, not a replacement for building your actual business.
Is income guaranteed?
No. There are no guaranteed income claims at Knew Project. Your earnings depend entirely on the effort you put into your store, the quality of your products, and how effectively you apply what you've learned. What does the $2/month cover?
The $2/month membership fee covers your continued access to the Digital Mall — including your store(s), platform infrastructure, security, and ongoing development. It does not cover any commissions on your sales (we don't take any). It's the lowest possible fee we could set while keeping the platform sustainable.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The $2/month is the only ongoing fee after graduation. There are no setup fees, no listing fees, no commission on sales, no upsells, and no premium tiers. What you see is what you pay. We believe in keeping the cost of access as low as possible so that anyone who qualifies can participate.
